Can any one help, my printer is jammed and the mouse aint working...

Leon our tech team advise that in future you refrain from sticking you kn'ob in the printer when it's switched on ,

That's what you get for buying HP.
Was the mouse a Microsoft Intellimouse? Again, yu get what you pay for - never buy microsoft! Obviously not that Intelligent a mouse.
