I always thought Drogba was an idiot but his over the top in your face celebrations today confirmed his worse than that.
On the game itself.....

1. Liverpool players will have to learn how to play the possession game again.  We simply do not retain possession...Garcia being the biggest culprit.

2. I felt we lost a crucial attacking option when Riise had to go to left back.

3. Finnan was outstanding.

4. The referee robbed us of a penalty when Makalele climbed over Gerrard.

5. Baros showed that he is not a top class striker.

6. Gerrard was unlucky with the own goal.  However, what disappointed me was his reaction.  Instead of going all out to redeem himself he was like a little boy lost in the midfield.  Makalele is a true midfield general and he doesn't get a fraction of Gerrards hype.

6. Harry Kewell is a wimp.

7. It's pointless having a world class centre forward (Morientes) if we don't have wingers who'll provide the ammunition.

coz we done so much chasing the ball we alarmingly ran out of gas in the latter stages of the second half. i`m proud of the team though, most of them gave everything they had and left nothing in the dressing room.
all the defence had a good game, especially three players who have took a little bit of stick lately - dudek, hypia and traore.
whilst all the midfielders ran their hearts out (especially hamaan who`s willingness to run the hard yards late in extra time was like watching keegan again) i feel this is where the game was lost. our inability to keep possession and get forward into good positions to support the strikers left firstly nando and then milan isolated.
