So, let's be patient and keep trust Rafa because we got the right manager and he know what he doing and don't blame him. We don't have many quality players in our squad at the moment, because we have too many players in sick list, just give Rafa more time. We are not the same as Chelsea, we can't match them as they are.

YNWA!!!

Unfortunately the same excuses are circulated every season as to why things are going bad and that particular excuse was used in GH's rein so...ah i can't even be bothered.

But I fear that Stevie will leave Liverpool for Chelsea this summer and Jamie Carragher is not a World Class Player, but he is a loyal to Liverpool and very good player but not a World Class.

We havent had that for over 15 years mate im afraid, and not likey to get it in the near future Im afraid, as the money is more important than the club and the fans, long gone are the days when we seen the liverpool of old playing compared to this rubbish.
We are a laughing stock, and the players should be ashamed of themselves, god knows what Morientes must be thinkin after that.

Gerrard is not world class either i'm afraid consistancy makes you a contender,Picking a "Holywood" pass without thinking about simplicity is a trate of a world class player.

Even at zidanes age he still doesn't over complicate things that's why he still picks the killer balls and splits defences.

Blame the defence or the keeper for all you want but our midfield ceased to function since we lost Alonso. No passion, that's the freakin problem. Garcia might as well not turned up. He lost possession everytime a challange comes in, not just this game but for too long now. Definately a liability. Carra should never play right back as he can't overlap. He's better deployed as a CB. Pelle besides being slow, just can't pass but I am willing to give him a few more game. Bring in Whitbread if Hyppia is injured. He can't do much worst than this sad bunch representing the club today!

I won't blame Rafa for this defeat but I will point the finger at him for presisting with Garcia. And resting the first team for the FA Cup didn't help this performance one ounce so his decision in the midweek sort of backfired!

Sorry to be so negative but today's performance just don't inspire any positive for me to comment about...

 Carras the only one proud to be wearing the shirt, and will probably asked to be buried in in one.

Yeah, I suppose....it is about time that Jamie Carragher should take over from Stevie's captaincy now. We need power like Roy Keane to snarl at any players if they play too many mistakes, so Jamie can sort it out with the players very quickly.

i agree that questions need to be asked of the manager. i'm delighted that benitez is here and  is showing willing to change the team and the way it plays. its obviously he can say stuff at half time as we were a better team in the second half. but he should be able to get the players to perform at the top of their game on a weekly basis.

despite all our injuries we should still be able to put out a team that look like they want to win a game. evryone - players and manager need to take a good hard look at what we're doing and put some blo.ody effort in.

and the prevent any suggestions that i should go and support chelsea - i am totally behind my team and the manager, but i cannot accept this level of performance from them.
