Oliver Dacuort & Philepe Mexes are to join the Rafa Benitez revolution According to reports in todays gazzetta della sport. Apparently Dacourts wages added to Romas financial problems have forced them to seek transfers for nearly all there main players. Liverpool are a tad thin in the centre of the park due to Diao's departure to Birmingham city so Liverpool are looking for a answer. He is quoted as saying "Liverpool have been in contact with Roma about me & I'm very flattered, at the moment I'm a Roma player through & through but things in football change so rapidly that if the clubs reach an agreement I'll be delighted to be a red"! The paper also reported that a deal for highly rated French international Philepe Mexes got a step closer with Liverpool agreeing a fee for the player set to join in the summer. Liverpool will sign Mexes in January, but have agreed to leave him at Roma until the June.

Nothing from my Chauffeur mate. He has been busy with Spurs and Fulham people, but no Liverpool FC people in the smoke !!
