I understand how you feel, it is bad luck, there is nothing we could do about it.

Hopefully we will be allright next season, I heard that Harry Kewell is going to have an operation on his ankle this summer to solve his ankle problem for last 2 years.

A month or so ago we lost five or six players but didn't fall apart, Alonso gets injured and we're doomed?

Nearly a first team 10 players that some luck but life goes on thats where big squads come in handy when injuries kick in it would also give hope for youngsters. So they will get a chance when big stars are injuryed but they haven't even with our injury problem :(

I was wondering the same Redtribe
I thought Harry K had disappeared off the face of the earth
I wondered if he'd stumbled across this website when he was browsing - and some of the comments got too much for him to bear

i, for one, don't like to use injuries as an excuse, but the fact of the matter is that we've had horrendous injuries over the last 18 months. ok, every team gets injuries, but we have had serious long term injuries to key players at the same time. :(

last season, we lost carragher and baros for most of the season with a broken leg and ankle respectively in the same game. we also lost owen for four months. hamann didn't play till november and we also lost gerrard and kewell for long spells.

this season we lose our record signing to a broken leg, gerrard for two months, alonso for three months. baros and kewell have also been injured. not to mention kirkland who seems to be constantly injured.

sometimes i think we're cursed.

Do we need to sacrifice a chicken, or buy some luck heather from a gypsy? :D

We seem to have our fair share of long-term injuries.  All the more reason to have a large squad of quality players to call upon.
