Am i too sensitive. - Moro interview

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby FrankM » Fri Jan 14, 2005 12:51 pm

I read on BBC text this morning that Moro says the arrival of Owen signalled his departure from RM.

What annoyed me was that the report stated that his comments came from an interview with the Sun.

Am I being to sensitive in being annoyed at this. Maybe so.

I think he should know our views on those cnuts.

Give him chance. He's only been in the country two days. He'll learn.

Would you also please not put the full name of that sh!t rag on theis forum. use The S** instead. The sight of their name makes me angry!

Argee he is only here two days. Thats why I say he needs to know our views before those sneaky b**tards get their claws into him.

if he's got jet leg from a two hour flight into a time zone one hour behind than he's in trouble.

Why dont you read the message before commenting. I wasnt slagging Moro off. I was pointing out how quickly the S** can get their claws into a new player if he is not aware of the situation!

On the Tuesday following the disaster, Kelvin MacKenzie, then editor of The SCUM, used the front page headline 'THE TRUTH', with three sub-headlines: 'Some fans picked pockets of victims'; 'Some fans urinated on the brave cops'; 'Some fans beat up PC giving kiss of life'.

See: http://www.contrast.org/hillsborough/

I think you will agree that SCUM should be avoided.

The Sun is total rubbish anyway, shouldn't be read regardless of the obvious reasons!

But there are many people out there oblivious of Liverpool's anti-Sun stance, even some Liverpool fans! So can't be angry at Fernando

For Gods sake!! Fernando doesn't know the situation, or even if he did, I doubt he realised how strong the anti-S** feeling was for Liverpool fans.
To my mind, the S** not only prejudiced the whole country about Liverpool Fans, but about Liverpool as a City.  That is why I am proud that as a city, the S** Newspaper hasn't prospered here.
