But when your watching the match and we had so much domination and villa were so poor in first half it certainly does feel like a lost opportunity and two points lost
Hopefully it will provide a spur for a good result against the Greeks

We should have the game done and dusted after 45 mins, there is no need for the teams to come out for 2nd half. 2 points down the drain IMO. Villa might have a good home record but that's on paper. In this game, we dominate the game well enough to deserve all 3 points.

Hopefully it will provide a spur for a good result against the Greeks

How is that gonna be? Us unable to finish a p1ss poor opposition off...?

We were p!ss poor against Boro and the week later we outplayed Arsenal. Sometimes a bad results gets the players going.

Yeap...totally agree. I am sure that was the half-time talk by Rafa yesterday.

i think that's a problem . why we always lose the game ,or just can get one  point when we not play the game at Anfield .
but i still very happy about KEWELL's goal ,i believe in him ,i believe that he has getten some confidence back today

By law of average, he is due a goal or a mediocre performance some day. Let's not jump the gun guys, he still owe the club and it's supporters a string of above average performances after long period of dissapointment...maybe Rafa's talk did the trick?

Remember Bolton, Middlesboro etc. Poor performances. This is better, without the help of a proper striker. Come on A.B. you're cleverer than this. Chin up mate!

Solid post and a sensible one to boot !

When are LFC fans going to stop being so reactive, we are NOT world beaters as we apparrently was last Sunday when we beat Arsenal, neither are we as poor as some were suggesting after the Villa game .....

I went to the game and we played superbly well first half and could/should have won but we waned 2nd half after afew puzzling substitutions but stil managed a draw aginst one of the Prem's few Unbeaten at home teams ...

Walk on .......
