How can we survive without him?

 Lynds you should know better than that. How can you say such a thing? Without Gerrard we did better than we were expected to do. Four wins,a draw and two losses without the likes of Steven Gerrard.

Let me remind you that we have overcome some tough obistacles. We are not one man team.  If Gerrard wants to leave then let him leave.

I apologize for my over-reaction after the game. [I'm one frustrated son of a ... during our games]. I immediately looked on the negative side of things instead of looking at the positives.

I've forgotten that we've had some poor performances on the road. Most recent was the one against Middlesbrough. I've also forgotten that today we played without two of our key strikers due to injuries yet still created chances with two young inexperienced strikers. [Mellor and Pongolle]

Yes I am frustrated that we did not win but we have played one of our best games on the road so far. We have important games coming up and instead of me criticizing the players I should be cheering them on as I have before in the past. Our victory over Arsenal has blinded me, as I should have concluded that things do not happen over night. Man Utd proved that when they lost to Portsmouth the week after they beat Arsenal at home.

I have faith in the Boss and the players and with our support we can make things right.

What has happened to you in the past hour or so? Have you forgotten that we came back from being down 2-0 against Fulham and ended up winning 4-2? Did you also forget that we finished a horrible game with a point after earlier that night Cisse broke his leg in the most unfortunate way?

Yes we have lost two games without Gerrard but we have won four without him. I am disappointed to hear that you think that we will be poor without Gerrard when the lads have already proven that we won't go down even without our most important players.

I'm confident things will come good for us this season but realistically, I expect us to finish 4th and no where else.

9 points behind Everton halfway through the season. The derby next weekend will be of tremendous importance. Hopefully Baros will be ready. We need someone to win games for us. We would have crushed Villa with better players up front.

A.B. its a scouse thing you wouldnt understand about he is the drive of our team e.g. the reason he is captain. Had he not been playing last week we would not have beat arsenal it is a fact like it or not.
If owen would have stayed we would be 3rd in the league now.
Us scousers love Stevie with all our heart you wont understand this its hard to explain he is a dream every team in the world would love to have him at there club.
But hes ours hes scouse and we our proud hes the best player in the world, and I cant add anymore im sorry.
But its the same you love IGOR hes been a miniture stevie in disguise of late bits of flashes of stevie thats why hes becom a kop hero no other reason, but stevie does that best of 90 mins when fit whereas no other player does, but hes not from Liverpool thats what makes stevie extra special we have something that no one else has.
And not one liverpool fan wants to loose him for all the money in the world

Yes he's a scouser and all but to say that without him that we would crash and burn is shocking. What makes you think we would be third with Michael Owen? One player does not make the team better in all areas of the pitch.

Baros is one of the top 10 scorers in the Premiership and he returns next week. It's sad to hear that you think that we are a one man team.
