depends on CL match for me, we win well and arsenal play like ... arsenal in europe then we could get a win. arsenal havent been playin too well, IF the players give everything then we could get a good result out of it, 2-0 win i see :D

we're going to lose or grind out a draw.

maybe its time we played the 'parking a bus in the goalmouth' tactic that mourinho's so angry about. see if it winds wenger up aswell.

but having said that aresnal are a bit wobbly at the mo. if we had a regular goalscorer in the side i'd back us to beat 'em. but going on yesterdays performance i don't see us getting anything.

I hope we can get a point from them... can't see us getting anything more than that without Cisse/Baros

All doom and gloom from me as well unfortunately. I expect it will be tight, but 2-1 to them probably.
Depends on how influencial Stevie is in his first few games back.

its a great game for stevie g's first proper home game back. he's also said he looks to viera as the standard to reach and always raises his game against arsenal.

and we all know what he's like when he raises his game...

Beating Arsenal is not impossible but if our players play like they did yesterday it will be a long game at Anfield.

90 minutes plus injury time, same as usual. :)

no strikers, means no goals...  where fooked!
Our job is simple, to support the club, not just parts of the club that are easy to support, but every one who plays a part, that includes ALL players.  We are stronger when we are all walking in the same direction. Walk On

If we beat monaco, then i wouldn't be too upset if we lost to arsenal. I have a feeling that if we are gonna win something this season, it is gonna be the champions league. Don't ask me why. I just do.  :D . Not really intrested in the premierleague as a result  :p

If we don't finish in 4th place this year how the hell can we qualify for CL next year? PremiereLeague results are just as important as CL results.

Midfield goals:
Gerrard-4
Garcia-3
Riise-2
Alonso-1
Biscan-1
Finnan-1
Total:12

Strikers goals:
Baros-10
Cisse-3
Mellor-2
Total:15

Three goal difference.

Benitez is keen on midfield scoring, with good supply from midfield we can score and so can our midfielders.

Don't CL winners get auto-qualification for the year after?
Even so, it would be all our eggs in one basket so to speak :)
