Liverpool Football Club - Games

These lot frustrated us on their turf so time to get payback and win. Being out of the cups I want us to win the title in style. Let's rack up the points and get to 90+.

With Trent recent situation, wonder what Slot will do with him. Sure I read Bradley is back in training and could be ready for next match.

I'd love it if we could smash these lot. Moyes has never won a game at Anfield so let's keep that going.

For me... Trent plays. He's our player still so he plays. If he puts in half a shift and ponces around trying not to get his boots dirty then hook him off at half time and fine the fuker. He should remember how he's got where he is.
As for the rest of 'em, I'd play Nunez at Left Back (left back in the dressing room) and put the best team on the field to get the job done. Gakpo could be a decent shout up top

Isn't Trent still injured? Hope Bradley is fit, if he's not then it'll be Quansah most likely.

I dont want to see Trent in a red shirt ever again. If Bradley's not fit then play Quansah, in fact it might not be a bad idea to start with Quansah anyway, Everton are pretty much a one trick pony relying heavily on corners/set pieces etc and his extra height might come in handy back there.
That reminds me a quick tip for Arne - do not under any circumstances let Endo get anywhere near the pitch or anyone else for that matter who has a tendency to give away cheap free kicks, particularly around our own area. We all saw what happened at Goodison, even Virgil was struggling to cope with them in the air, let's not give them any encouragement, we know they are going to be flopping all over the place trying to milk cheap free kicks, let's not go clumsily barging and crashing into the back of them making things easy for them. Lets make sure we use our loaves.

Heard Slot on the radio earlier and he ruled Trent out. Said he was focusing on getting fit so he could return before the end of the season. Not included tomorrow night anyway.

This is going to be a tough game and it will be physical. They are a different outfit altogether with Moyes and he will target our weaknesses. We need to match them in midfield for every ball and be determined to get the 3 points.

I think the international break came at a good time for us as we looked tired both physically and mentally and I’m hoping we will be refreshed and ready to go. I also think without Trent we will be stronger defending all their high balls and have enough without him to create chances. Hopefully a comfortable win.

Kelleher and Curtis Jones come into the line-up for the derby, with just one change made to the team deployed last time out against Newcastle United on March 16.

Liverpool: Kelleher, Van Dijk, Konate, Diaz, Szoboszlai, Mac Allister, Salah, Jones, Jota, Robertson, Gravenberch.

Subs: Jaros, Endo, Nunez, Chiesa, Gakpo, Elliott, Tsimikas, McConnell, Quansah.

Jones at RB- bit of a surprise...he will likely get targetted from the get go.

Awful tackle on Mac. Could have ended his season that.

Everton are playing at their usual, dirty standard.

But we've been poor (again) while our defence is all over the shop.
