• Alisson Becker: 6 clean sheets across all competitions. Solid as a rock! B+
• Caoimhín Kelleher: Has matched Alisson’s record with 6 clean sheets. Deputized very well for Allison aside from that error that gifted a goal in his last match. B+
Defenders:
• Trent Alexander Arnold: 1 goal and 6 assists. Having a good season under Slot before yesterday’s match against the Scum. B
• Virgil van Dijk: 2 goals and provided 1 assist, maintaining his presence in both defense and attack. He seems to be back to form with the help of a better midfield A-
• Ibrahima Konaté: 2 goals and 1 assist. Was having a good season before he got injured, the best right sided defender that can cover for Trent. B+
• Andrew Robertson: 1 assist, has looked slower this year and not as great as he’s been. Need a replacement at some point. C
Midfielders:
• Dominik Szoboszlai: 3 goals and 3 assists, sometimes looks a little scruffy. He’s fast and has a good engine but not that next level. A shade above Jones. C+
• Alexis Mac Allister: 3 goals and 3 assists, having a better season than last year without the burden of being a DM. Slotball suits him. A-
• Curtis Jones: 3 goals and provided 4 assists, holds the ball well but not consistent enough although improved this year. C
• Harvey Elliott: 1 goal, still young and improving but not much impact as he hasn’t played so much. C
Ryan Gravenberch: 2 goals and 1 assist, most improved player so far this season. Why we are in first place and helped Slot settle. A
Forwards:
• Mohamed Salah: 21 goals and 17 assists, hasn’t looked as good as other seasons but stats say other wise. Can’t really debate his impact. A-
• Luis Díaz: 12 goals and 2 assists, good energy and skill but not top draw, good song that pumps up the supporters

• Cody Gakpo: 12 goals and provided 3 assists, another improved player and had made real impact in games. B+
• Diogo Jota: 6 goals and 2 assists, slick when he plays but misses too much through injury, the best header of the ball we have. B+
• Darwin Núñez: 4 goals and contributed 3 assists, looks worse than last year and still frustrates me how many times he’s offside. For the money

Arne Slot: Had a good fixture schedule to build on and he did. Effortlessly took over without much fuss. Made Klopp’s last team better without any additions to tne squad. Much more control than before and much more solid defensively. A stroke of genius picking Ryan Gravenberch as a defensive midfielder. The forecast was for doom and gloom when Klopp left but Slot has brought the sunshine. Still along way to go but I’d have to give him an A+
