Gravenberch looks like he's given in. He doesn't want to be out there right now. He doesn't want the ball at all and looks mentally shot.

Very good point, I’ll take that as a decent result.

Wtf is going on with Robertson, looks a shell of his former self.

Well Arsenal were up for this one, they were the better side for most of the match, but in the end a draw is probably a fair result and we should probaly be happier with the 2-2.

Good result .. very tough game. Arsenal wasn't at full strength but they have a strong squad and matched us all game.

totally got out of jail there. If Arsenal had their two centre halves on the pitch i don't know if we would have got #2.
all over the pitch some poor showings - Robbo (looks like his legs have gone); Diaz (headless chicken); Jones (zero impact - no surprise, no consistency); Trent (one decent pass aside, he looks like he's not interested); Mo (ok, he got the goal, but poor up to that); Mac Allister (a bit anonymous again)
Kelleher had nothing to do only pick the ball out of the net twice.
Arsenal were far quicker, hungrier, direct. They'll no doubt feel hard done by

the more I see the arsenal 2-1, the more I think VVD had no clue how to set up his defence. they tried it before that and Merino fluffed it. then they did it again and got the right result.
arsenal have scored a pile of goals from set pieces and we were all at sea

i thought their disallowed goal at the end was VERY iffy, tbh

Second half performance was much better than the first, Mo's goal was absolute class. The Emirates is one of the toughest places to go in world football atm so we did okay there,it certainly wasnt the one sided beat-down of last year. Before the season started our two toughest fixtures on paper were City away and Arsenal away, that's one of those out of the way already,

A draw away to a title contender is a good result. Not knocking that but given the injuries they had it was a good time to beat them and I thought we never looked like doing that.

Draw was good for us in the end they tried all sorts to hold onto a win.
