phew that was close ,
but did our top man really have to cheat to beat a team 60 places below us ?

Kewell branded a cheat
Australian soccer star Harry Kewell has been branded a cheat after Liverpool's narrow win over third division Yeovil in the English FA Cup on Sunday.

Yeovil defender Hugo Rodrigues claims Kewell admitted he dived to win a controversial penalty in Sunday's 2-0 win.

Liverpool's El-Hadji Diouf had already been booked for diving in the first half before Kewell enjoyed better fortune when going down theatrically just inside the box after 77 minutes.

ahhh thats ok then

But Rodrigues told the UK's Sun newspaper: "I spoke with Kewell at the time and told him I never touched him. He said 'Yeah, I know you didn't. But this is football, man. I had to dive'.

Well nothing will change until managers throw away the white sticks and admit when their player has taken a dive.ferguson,wenger,robson,Oleary,houllier are all the same,blame the opposition but never admit guilt yourself.Its very difficult to prove though,Ive seen players booked for diving when they should have had a penalty.But then I read an article recently where RVN claimed he has never taken a dive in his life.Do you believe him? you probably do.Cheating is rife in football but we all need to get rid of our club coloured specs if we want to do something about it.
