Yeah things might not have been so bad if Matip, gomez, ox and keita stayed fit but that was never going to happen. They wont be any better next year and they will still be here.
All our signings are based on value for money, none of them were superstars coming here so it's up to klopp to make them into that. They dont help him by scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for the next messi under 2 million quid with 20% up front and the rest in 5 years.
But but but we wont make any money till we get the super league we are so hell bent on pushing foras bad as the glazers

Are people really starting to be critical of our recruitment now ?
What was a better signing Jota or Werner - which one was supposed to be the “superstar”
The club works to a model - one that has helped the club get back to the top - we can’t spend like City or Chelsea and we won’t put debt on the club like UTD so the club will always look to get the best value for the players.
What sort of player should we have signed in the summer and with what money ?
So what exactly is the Moneyball strategy? The foundation of this entire approach is the statistic on base percentage, overvalue, and undervalue. The Moneyball thesis is to get players from other teams that are undervalued and to get rid of players who demand high payment and/or are overvalued.Jun 6, 2018
