He took me to my first game at Anfield back in 1992 and I fell in love with the club, the fans, the atmosphere. This year was gonna be a special one finally watching us rise back to the top.. We'd watch games together and if we'd miss one we'd phone each other after and talk about the full game.
I'd have loved to see his face watching us finally lift that trophy.. but life can be cruel.
It's gonna be a bittersweet day.

If Man City blow it against Arsenal, then potentially we can secure the league at Goodison on Monday.....I wouldn't be surprised if Everton announced that the game would have to take place because of their worry about coronavirus...much to the delight of all blueshite fans who wouldn't be going anyway.
