The Mane goal took so long to confirm because the VAR officials were checking wether the ball was in the net before the ref blew, apparently if the ref blows before the ball is in the net the goal cannot stand. Apparently it was tight but the ball had crossed the line.
Re the Wolves goal, yes we got a bit lucky but if Pukki was off yesterday that Wolves player was a mile off.

Wolves are no mugs either, people have got to be realistic, we are not going to just blow teams away every week. They are defending deep and getting everyone behind the ball, it's not easy. We might get a bit more joy second half given they now have to come out if they want to get anything out of the game.
