Life without owen, by jc - Jamie carragher, not jesus christ

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby dawson99 » Sat Nov 13, 2004 10:02 am

Jamie Carragher has recently said that life without owen for liverpool is harder than life without Henry for the arsenal, what does everyone think?
He goes on to say that to lose cisse, gerrard and woen for along period near the start of the sason has been a massive problem, and i cant argue there...

On other news, cisse has said that at least he hasnt got ay knee or ankle problems, just the whole bit in between. Nice to see that hes looking at the glass half full, and lets hope he is back to full fitness with a full recovery

.. the injury to Cisse and Milan has not helped.. pogolle is really sh*t to be fair.. but the team relied too much on Owen.. may be hard for a short period of time (roll on Jan pleez) but the midfiled is scoring and we do look more like a "team" , playing good footie.. pass and move... and hey individuals have really improved and exelled.. where we were looking to sell them on.. especially Traore, Igor.. Igor... and of course the spanish contingent have made a very real diffrence... footballing-wise.. and corr-wise too :)

Baros is fit so he will play today which gives Benitez more options as far as attacking is concerned. Possibly a 4-5-1 formation today

I couldn't care less if midgets and clowns played up front as long as they score.

Well folks, Baros played, and he scored a Hat Trick.

If only there was no Atlantic Ocean, I would walk from here to Anfield and congradulate Baros myself.

Well done Baros. That was a tough penalty at the end, with all the time wasting and the yellow card.
Took loads of bottle to slot that one !!  Cheers 'Milan' :)  :)  :)
