Please does anyone know why I keep getting an error screen 99% of time and won't let me post ? It's doing my head in

I have to use VPN to access the forum, unfortunately still having those ''IP block'' for some reason.

IP blocks usually occur when I am on business trips to dodgy countries like Bangladesh, Vietnam etc..
