My friend who is a Everton fan told me that there are rumours that they are planning on a January bid for Diao worth about 4 million. Iam just wondering if this is true, I mean are there similar rumours in Anfield as well?

There might be some truth in it but not for 4m.

He'll probably go in January, although Portsmouth are also interested.

If it its true, then I'd be really happy. It seems that things are not working for him here at Anfield. May be Moyes must have seen something in him that we dont, or may be playing in Goodison park might change him. I bet its true.

I'm not going to be bitter about Diao like some people and I'll wish him all the best if and when he goes, but his time at Liverpool is surely at an end now.
