only seen the highlights and heard bits on the radio so those who never stood out, i couldnt really judge anyone properly.

was Diao that bad, again? or is it cos he's already proved to be so that he's beyond the point of no return.

I went, he wasn't very good, second half he gave the ball away a few times, got a yellow for successive badly time challenges and got subbed for Welsh.

Yes I went I thought that Diou was sh1t again, and Biscan had another good game. The real positive was Mellor putting 2 in for his confidence

I watched as he gave away two stupid free kicks in quick sucsession, and I immidiatley saw Rafa turn away and give Welsh the nod, as though he had finally seen enough of the clown.

We have enough decent Central Midfielders now and we do not need people like Diao, he's just an extra wage bill that we could do without. :;):

Although I have supported Diao in the past, I think his days are numbered, unless something amazing happens, but his been giving some chances this season and he has failed to take them.

What kinda wage is Salif earning?

He looks the part physically but has now been given several chances to prove himself and has now proven he isnt good enough. Im sure a couple of French teams would be interested as he's probably still rated down there

Rafa has been magnificent in terms of giving everyone a chance to show what they can do. nobody can now say "we cant give them ****** cos they havent had a run."

people are getting the chances, people like Diao are not taking them so we know where we are with them.

Why not Jim, most everyone else forms opinions on less information than that.
eg. Benitez bought him, must be great! etc.
