A Graduation stoles, most commonly known as academic stole, is a vestment used by various organizations to denote academic achievement. Its use includes membership of a professional organization, a high school valedictorian award, and adorns the academic regalia representing some university and college courses.  Graduation stoles takes the form of a cloth scarf-like garment worn over the shoulders adorned with the awarding Society's colours and/or insignia. Though not a part of officially recognised American Council on Education's Academic Costume Code, it has become common as part of the graduation attire at many high schools, colleges, and universities. For all that was good last year this is spectacularly wrong. 2 players missing doesn't cause this much stress and bad play. there has to be a more fundamental issue than what were being told.

Brendan said yesterday that there are issues within the dressing room and the 'team ethos' of last year has gone, in other words half the team have fallen out with each other. You only have to read what Lovren said in the press about the defence not getting any protection from the midfield and Mingolet being dropped 'indefinitely' to see that there's all sorts going on behind the scene's ATM.
They are all probably having a big slanging match at Melwood as we speak, pointing the finger and blaming each other.

Well Lovren is correct but its mainly BR's fault. We never have a balanced midfield and BR dont seem to care much about organising our defence as a team.
It was Rodgers that decided Gerrard was a DM, and still seems to think he is best in that position.
