If we don't win the league I'd get rid of all of them. Overpaid bunch of fecking useless prima donnas  Oh and while there at it they can sack Rodgers and Ayres for desperately under achieving and for not buying Messi and Ronaldo to play alongside Suarez!! The owners can fk off as well well all except John Henry's wife because she's fit and I like her red coat

On a serious note I'm not too bothered who goes. There are some obvious candidates and most of the names have been mentioned. Aspas would be top of my list to go. Cissoko and Moses should be returned to their respective clubs in a large box marked NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE !!! As for the rest it really does depend on who we buy. We should move heaven and earth to convince Barkley to move across the park. He is the nearest thing I have seen to a young Gerrard in a very long time. Probably not going to happen but he is just what we need.

Lucas won't go, Gerrard will be 34 next season and playing 90 minutes week in week out in 4 competitions will be beyond him, Lucas is not bad in the holding role and he is also a big pal of Suarez, I think Rodgers will be careful to keep the camaraderie within the squad. For the same reason it wouldn't surprise me if Johnson stayed (wage demands accepted).

We can get a lot better than Lucas, and I think we need to look for a player in the Yaya Toure mould as a replacement. Lucas might be a decent option from the bench, but if we need to sell him for a better midfielder then so be it.

This ^

We must improve the squad's depth and quality, which means shipping out the likes of Lucas, Kelly and Aspas. None of them can cut it in the first team and we suffer when they play.

It's not as simple as saying "who needs to go". It's a case of "who will buy them"? I think we'd be able to get a profit on Assaidi but I'd personally keep Borini as I think this season has proved that he'd be decent backup.

Rodgers has said he's looking for 6 new players so it will certainly be interesting.

Borini would be decent backup? What on earth do you base that on? His one goal from open play this season? Or the fact he struggles with basic control and general play?

I am absolutely amazed by some of the posts on here, lets be realistic, we cant get rid of 10 players as our squad is wafer thin as it is, we need to bring in 3 - 4 four world class players but we also need squad players as well. The last thing we want to do is what Spurs did this season. By all means sell a few poor performers we can get some funds for but not a wholesale clearout.

Lucas has to go, he's given ball away 3 times already in this palace match

Give Allen more time and let Lucas the brazillian cleverly go
