lazy player if ever there was one, did himself no favours today after his recent comments about wanting more game time.

So far I've tried to comment very little on this player. Having seen him early on and listening to the rave reviews he received I always believed him to be a bit of an overrated pansy.

Having seen his comments in midweek and his performance yesterday I can only point to my original judgement and apologise. I thought the lad was an average premier league player. I was clearly wrong. For that I am sorry.

He's a decent Championship player at best and needs to be sent packing. shocking signing. :no

It was his mistake that eventually lead to Hull scoring their first goal. Should be sent back to Chelsea a.s.a.p.

he is quick, good on the ball and nice dribbler but his end production is so fooking sh1t.
misses from 6 yards box is his forte.
chelsea did a good one by loaning him to us

He isn't good on the ball and lacks so much footballing intelligence, worse than Babel

Babel with less pace and power.
I know its important to get rid of deadwood but it really irks me when we replace it with more deadwood or even worse deadwood.

I'll be honest he has surprised me with how poor he has been.
I honestly thought he was a decent player at Wigan and when he got the odd game for Chelsea he did pretty well.

I dont think he is anywhere near as bas as what we watched against Hull where he stunk the place out.
But we cant afford to have players that when we call upon them offer nothing and are a liability.

He was that against Hull giving the ball away almost every time he got it. Poor decision making and no attacking threat.
Given our lack of options he will likely get another chance but unless he improves dramatically he is not one I would consider keeping.

Can't say I've seen anything in his locker that suggests he's more than a fringe player.  His passing is poor and his game awareness isn't up to scratch either.  I'd keep him for the rest of the season as an impact pace player, but he's not good enough for a top 4 side.

I'm not sure if it's his playing style, but he seems very sluggish. We've got a game against Chelsea coming up and he won't be able to play I assume. Good chance to give Alberto a start.

like ben patrick i`m a bit surprised how ineffectual he has been, i wasnt expecting him to be a world beater but i thought he`d be more effective in one on one situations and going past fullbacks etc.
in general over recent years our loans have been quite poor, when you look at everton loan signings make up practically the backbone of their side (lukaku, barry, delofeu and at one point pienaar) where as we have brought in the likes of cissokho and sahin.
i think wether it`s in the transfer market or wether it`s bringing in loan signings we need a better success rate.

poor player who just isn't good enough for a top 4 side. In fact, I think he'd struggle to make it with a top 6 team.

No point sending him back, without a replacement, so I'd say keep him as a squad filler until the summer then ship back.
