If we could only get £10m for Andy then I would keep him and develop him as an attacking central defender with the option to use him in attack when necessary.

In return I hope we get 100% from Carroll as a minimum

He will be at least 3rd choice... more probably 4th choice... BR is mad if he plays Carroll ahead of Suarez and Sturridge...
Offload for as much as we can get and strengthen other areas and look for a cheaper younger striker with more potential...

4th choice? behind who? borini?
carroll will start the season as third choice striker and it`s up to him how it goes from there.
personally i think he`d be a great option from the bench and he`d be a great option to start in games where we know the opposition are going to get stuck into us, sometimes in this league you`ve just got to roll your sleeves up and battle and at the moment we dont do that, and thats why we are so inconsistent.
how much money would you put on liverpool beating the likes of stoke or oldham away?
do you think the likes of allen, lucas, coutinho, downing...hell even agger and skrtel have the physical prescence to counter the threat of an ale house side?
if i was manager carroll would be just one of a number of physically strong players i`d bring in, i`d bring a strong CM in and a couple of powerful center halves too, we are way too lightweight to win this league.
i`m starting to doubt wether lucas will ever regain his old form, he`s been back for the best part of the season and he still looks way off the pace to me, he`s getting brushed off a lot and players are going past him too easily, i think we need a big strong center mid who can cover the ground quickly but also has a bit of ability on the ball, considering he will probably go for less than £10m i`d go for that diame.
