I'd never say Cole didn't give 100% for us when he played, because I think he did. Nor do I blame him for the massive contract he was on, because it was the club who offered it despite his form never really picking up for Chelsea after his bad injury in 2009.
I just genuinely think the lad was past it when we signed him.

spot on. Good player when he had pace, but sadly he's past it and West Ham is the best place for him. Wish him all the best, but hope he doesn't do so well when we play the hammers again

dont think he can play for them when they play us as we are still paying him money.

There may have been a clause in the contract when we sold him that prevented him being played against us.
