Rafa  Benitez will be back home on the Wirral come the summer

With regards to Legends that have managed Liverpool Benitez has earned his status .. the only manager who failed any sort of respectful regard on Merseyside is Roy Hodgson...primarily because he was a 3rd rate hasbeen stop gap manager.... I'm sure Chelsea Plastics have the same respect for Benitez as some of his critics on this forum.....but thats plastic for yer

Your first paragraph is a strawman argument SS.

Are you, yet another Scouser who supports Chelsea now,. eh

what a pathetic comment........I don't think any scouser supports chelsea, most certainly not me.....I do respect what Benitez did for my club , much the same way I appreciate every positive contribution any previous manager , player or other staff member has given....

I'm just a Liverpool supporter, fan, call it what you will, who couldn't give a monkeys about other clubs and who they employ.....why I should show any animosity towards Benitez for going to chelsea is beyond me ......

Nonsense, Rodgers will still be here next summer. It's ridiculous that supporters are already turning their back on Rodgers.

Brendan Rodgers will be manager for many years to come.....

I want to see Rogers do well here... but in the event that it doesn't work out there isn't anyone else I would want here other than Rafa. No harm in calling that out.

Aside from that though it does pain me to see a manager like Rafa at Chelsea. He must have regretted taking that job the minute he stepped out there on Sunday.

Rafa was the manager that gave me the 2 best nights of my life. CL win and 4-1 win against Man U (incidentally my wedding night).  For that and many more I will always consider him as a legend. I do not care what he does now, I doubt he will disrespect the club.

I could not care less what he does at chelsea.

Ditto mate. Furthermore when his short contract expires he'll come back up north with some crackin' stories.

Rafa doesn't give a monkey's chuff about Chelsea, he's there for the wedge and to get his face back in the media associated with a big club.
I heard that he wants the Ure job next, then Citeh.

We’ll soon see what mettle Rafa’s made of...the chavs want him to apologise for the stuff he said about the club when he was our boss.  Will he grovel?

Do you really give a sh** about Chelsea and Benitez

To tell you the truth no I don't.

More concerned with how 'some' of our fans want Chelsea to do well now though. Like (on RAWK) beating Fergie to a title challenge.

That's small time mentality I'm afraid.

I agree, although I appreciate Rafa for what he done at Liverpool there is no way I want him to succeed at Chelsea, I want them to win jack sh!t, in fact I hope he takes them down, then he truly would be a legend in my eyes
