I was actually working & installing central heating in a school in Thurrock around that time, I think it was a partial eclipse, we all stopped working for a few minutes to see it - but it wasn't that good tbh. This one I saw the other day was something else though a proper f.ucking eclipse>

This ^ was about 6:45 am, usually the sun is shining away and it's already reaching 26-28C or thereabouts at this time in the morning. The whole place went dark as, and the temp dropped a couple of degrees too.
