Pleaded guilty...

"I accept the charge brought by the FA and I take full responsibility."

"There was no deliberate intent to harm Ashley Cole and I would like to take this opportunity to apologise to him," he said.

It will be the first time in his career the player has served a suspension.

He was in the wrong, even though he feels it was unintentional, but he's man enough to admit it...

Fair's fair but you'd have to say that he couldn't exactly have argued about it having seen the TV replay.

3 match ban seems about reasonable ???

Quote Manutd : Zara Para Donkinson.=The glory hunter-the gooner in disguise...Anyone mentions "football"...you're like "Oh Arsenal..."...the person who lusts after Xabi...yet has no love for her team....lost faith completly. You must bring shame on the Liverpool fans...mind you, you lot don't have standards. That explains why half your board justs after Alonso all day. Once every million years you mention thats he's a good player...and even then you do it cos you feel you have to! I bet your local team is Spurs...that explains the strange behaviour... Quote..

well manutd is just weird, no other explanation, and for a manc spends a lot of time reading our posts. and hasnt noticed there are thousands about football so the odd thread about certain players shouldnt be of concern. what should is the fact that man u are becoming dried up bitter old fa$%s and need to sort out there own stuff b4 having a go at us and our most prized gal members ;)
so there!

He`s a marked man from now on.Admitting he`s a violent little cretin now wont save him from that. He`s just saving himself weeks of negative publicity. The abiding memory for me though is him crying on his knees after converting a dodgy penalty. You`d think he had just won the World Cup rather than moving Manure up to eight points behind the Ar.se.What a plonker. :D

Ceefax states that his 3 match ban started last night. Therefore, he misses a meaningless cup match that he wouldn't have played in anyway.

Zara-ever going to start talking about football then? Not one of your 2000+ posts ever mention anything to do with it...apart from Alonso and how "fit" he is...oh and Arsenal every so often when asked to talk about football!

Dawson-I don't spend a "lot of time" on here...unlike some people who read the posts all day long, I just prefer to reply to them. I don't especially come on here in my spare time-I post from work when I'm bored...

A.B.-he did miss a penalty against Arsenal last year-he hit the bar...

Red Si-Yes, I thought that it would have started on Thursday; well, they were saying that at first. But its good it started yesterday; there was no chance that Ruud would have played cos it was always intended that Smith and Saha play...so now he only misses the match against Portsmouth and Man Sh*tty...
