He actually comes across as a decent fella on twitter. Always very composed with anything he says. People just seem to be moaning about anything at the moment.

Well I'm just glad we've got someone in place, he can't be worse than the last moron we had in charge of comms and maybe he'll be good, certainly seems like an intelligent guy and he has plenty of experience.
