A nice quote from ferguson - To brighten up your day

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby jim_morrison_supported_liverpool » Sun Oct 24, 2004 12:42 pm

"Manchester United are still the team every club wants to beat most of all - regardless of who is champions or unbeaten records. In that respect, our profile as the major club in the country is untouchable. That is obvious and will never change. There is no doubt that every player in the country wants to play for Manchester United. It was the same when I came to the club 18 years ago and it will always be the same.

Manchster United have a great history. We were the first club in Europe, the first to win the European Cup, and we want to create even more history."

its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.

He is completely delusional. Arsenals dominance has really got to the guy. They are spending money hand over fist to try and close the gap but it aint happening. Being a big club is not enough, you have to be the best on the field week in week out. His comments will not change the fact that Arsenal are ahead of them in that department right now. Lets hope he is made to eat those word this afternoon  :)

Fergie's ego is so big, it will eventually lead to his downfall.

"Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely." That can be aplied to Man Utd, and eventually it will happen to Arsenal.

Fergie must be high on something.

Now I'm not to sure on the accuracy of the quote above but, I'm think it was Real Madrid won the first European Cup tw@t
“It was my first of the season, my last of the season, my best of the season and the one I will remember for ever.”

This is the only time you will ever see the following:COME ON ARSENAL!

Can't count them out yet, they can always get back into a game. If the Mancs win it will be on the news for the next six months. I don't want that. Furgie will start to brag and brag, argh it would be a nightmare.

2-0. I think it's safe to say Arsenal's run is over. One of those matches where it's impossible to be pleased with the result whatever it was.
