MANCHESTER UNITED VS LIVERPOOL - 11/02/2012 12.45pm ko

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby stmichael » Sat Feb 11, 2012 12:31 pm

Team:

Reina, Johnson, Agger, Skrtel, Enrique, Henderson, Spearing, Gerrard, Kuyt, Downing, Suarez.

Harsh on Carroll but both he and Bellamy should be good options off the bench.

If Giggs and Scholes are playing that team will have the legs on them in midfield which is where the game will be won and lost.

Streams.......

We just need to go for it from all quarters. No holding back, I don't mean rash tackles etc, but the team must win the battle in every department and score the goals, hopefully 3 - 0 (or more) to LFC.

Would of liked to see Bellamy in there instead of Downing or Kuyt

Enrique back which is good. Carroll and Bellamy not starting? Henderson Downing Spearing Kuyt all start which I just hope Kenny has got right - wouldn't have been my choice. Gerrard also starts which is good news.Suarez starts on his own up front unless they play 4 4 2 with Kuyt up front but I don't think that will happen.

Come on you Reds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Blimey how defeatist is that?

So they're 2 goals better than us before we even start? I'm as realsitic as the next man but this game is as close as they come!!

From OptaJoe: "1 - Liverpool have lost only one of their last 19 PL games to kick off at 12:45 on a Saturday, a run stretching back to 2007. Weetabix."
