home advantage ususally plays a huge part in the cup games between the two sides so lets hope that stays true to type and we give them a tw*ting. They arn't the force they once were and they have been found out a few times this season when the opposition has had the cajones to attack them. 3-1 sounds about right

Amusing that Fergibottle said there was no need for the clubs to have talks when we were going to OT for a game, now he has to come over to Anfield bet he changes his tune in light of the warm reception his players can expect..... Such a nice man.

Delighted with the draw...just hope its not too early a kick off. Its actually one game where i would play Andy Carroll (cant believe i said that) and have Gerrard on the right, Downing on the left, Adam central.. and just ping balls into the box as their goalkeeper (assuming De Gea aint still dropped) is a disaster in the air. Do that, and ramp up the pressure (controlled pressure) across the field in closing down.. i expect us to win quite comfortably.

Can't feckin wait for this , evra ,fergie ,rooney the mancs in general won't know what's hit them when they come out onto the anfield turf . There's gonna be so much abuse and bile flying round from both sides that there is gonna be casualties with out a doubt. Hopefully get me ticket boxed off and i'm there right in the middle of the mayhem . It's what footy is all about friends.

I would prefer they stuck to supporting the club and cheering for the club and singing for our players but thats too rare these days and all swallowed up in the bitterness and nastiness of modern football - some of the stuff coming from fans these days is disgusting.

I can see it going way over the top during this game and i hope our fans can play the bigger men and not drag themselves down to the levels we expect the mancs will try .

The munich song will be in full flow , followed by hillsboro and heysel songs and it will just degenerate from there .
