Racism stamped out - Foolproof plan

I've figured out a way to stamp out racism.  People can no longer refer to color of skin, or whatever country people are from.  Just simply refer to someone by their native country, town etc,by Longitude and Latitude.  It would make things alot more difficult, but, hey at the price of making sure nobody is offended by anything... My name is John I'm from 40 degrees 26'N / 74 degrees 28'W.
