I cant believe we are trying to shoot ourselves in the foot. We start off so well, should have scored then continually keep giving the ball away. First Adam, then Johnson, Reina sells some one short......

Carroll and Bellamy would help in this one. And we need to concentrate ffs, we're making a lot of mistakes.

Wot r u on about, hes been one of the better players going forward, Charlie Adam has been very sloppy with the ball today and Henderson has been non existent, again.

Our defence looks so shaken...strange.

Seems our inability to score is effecting the team confidence.

Really irritating game...Johnson and Kuyt should really buried there chances...We looked so good the first 35 minutes...And now we are back to our usual self.

Adam and Johnson are really poor. Kuyt is none existant, replace him with Bellamy.

FFs what the hell we doin? we are gonna get spanked on the counter if we don't score when we get the chance too.

Wigan have had their chances tbh maybe we should have started with bellers cos downing has been an absolute bye stander,
and Kuyt has been equally as bad.

Johnson looks like he's lost and Adams has lost the ball in midfield at least twice to start a Wigan counter, they really need to come out with a different mind set in the second half.

I agree with this, apart from losing the ball (almost a goal for Wigan) he looked good and his passing was good. Adam is sloppy misplacing his passes everywhere and Henderson isn't even in the game.

I thought our CBs are doing a good job

Midfield is right off the pace. Great first 20 without making it count then under the cosh. Need to shape up as Wigan have goals in them.

christ, we really are getting overly critical of our players these days, aren't we. just because kuyt or henderson, for example, haven't actually scored it doesn't mean we have to ignore the good work they have done in the game so far. did you all miss kuyt's good runs? or his good shot that their keeper did well to save? have you missed henderson keeping things ticking over nicely?

we've made mistakes as players often do, and we should have been more clinical. but can we please drop the constant over reactions and criticisms?
