I am borderline obsessive. If Im not at the match, I watch them in the pub. If Im not in the pub, I'll watch them on the telly. If theyre not on the telly, I watch it online. I have LFC TV on constantly, much to the annoyance of her indoors who often asks me "havent you seen this before?" and "dont you get fed up watching this again and again?"
I am not falling for the "Lucas is a great player" and "integral to our team" viewpoint. I can see what he does and he does not impress me. If he was to leave tomorrow I dont think we would suffer that much, if at all. He is average rather than sh'ite these days, but Im afraid this is the best were going to see from him. A good holding midfielder who can tackle is what we desperately need. Instead weve got Lucas.
Pfttt
If your claims are true then I suggest you get yourself an appointment at Specsavers .
See what I mean?
Youre a funny guy

I really dont like criticising LFC players. Especially ones who are nice guys and try their best. Lucas is a hell of a nice guy who loves us and he does try his best. I just wish his skill matched his enthusiasm
I would suggest round framed glasses - square frame will prob make you look a dick ( or more of a dick ) .

I would disagree and suggest there is no longer a split and more a minority of people who still dont understand his worth to the team . Fortunately we have a manager who understands his worth just like Brazil have a manager who understands his worth .
It's always he same old story - some people nail their colours to the mast quite early when it comes to rating a player and they will refuse to waver from that no matter what the player does - that way they will always think they are right ( despite far more qualified people showing the total opposite )

Id be more than happy to move from my view if the player convinced me. I suppose part of this comes down to the fact that the whole team isn't performing generally so he being an old scapegoat becomes an easy target. That said, do you think he would get into the City, Utd or Chelsea squad?

Of course.
As well as:
Alex Song - Arsenal
Huddlestone - Spurs
Tiote - Newcastle
Cattermole - Sunderland
And the list goes on and on...
