A know nothing idiot? This is comming from somebody who said that Baros is garbage. Also when stated that solid defence is important just as much as the forwards up front Stu stated that was wrong.

Yet he states the exact same thing weeks later. Interesting, you like to flip-flop your opinion a lot don't you. Plus who can forget you saying that Josemi was a waste of 2 million that we payed for him.

When did i ever in my life say Baros was garbage?

I said that scoring goals is more important than keeping clean sheets as you can't win a game 0-0.

And you twist the meaning of what i said, I never said Josemi was a bad player, i simply said he was a player that wasn't much if any better than what we already have and i stand by that especially after what i saw on saturday.

At the moment you can't think of any players under 21...

So does that mean Rooney's the best you can think of?

Lad, you talk rubbish. Everyone in here is disagreeing with how stupid you are being. Rooney is at the same level if not better at the same age as Owen and Fowler. He's probably the hottest prospect in world football, yet... you argue this by saying he can't be because he's overpriced and english...

Well as Taff said, if he isn't... who is?

Name me 1 teenager who's better than Rooney...

Taff are you thinking of Adriano? Adriano is 22 therefore I do not consider him a teenager.

So does that mean Rooney's the best you can think of?

No it means I am not good at remembering footballers age.

I said that scoring goals is more important than keeping clean sheets as you can't win a game 0-0

With solid defence you prevent the opession from scoring however you must have good forwards in order to win. Therefore there must be a balance between the two.

And you twist the meaning of what i said, I never said Josemi was a bad player, i simply said he was a player that wasn't much if any better than what we already have and i stand by that especially after what i saw on saturday.

If I remember you stated that Josemi was a waste of the money we payed for him. You're writing of Josemi for the whole season. Unless you have a crystal ball which you don't you do not know whether Josemi can turn into an even better defender. P.S: Footballers have a bad days in their careers, that was one of them for Josemi.

Other teenagers than Wayne Rooney I can think of at the moment are:

Francesc Fabregas
Cristiano Ronaldo
Freddy Adu

I'll think of more teenagers later.

None of them are as good as Rooney

I cant remmber the brazilian kids name but he is about 18. The Brazilians are holding out for big bucks as they are fed up of selling to clubs like PSV and missing out on the big transfers later on.

Chelsea were linked with him not so long ago he is suposed to be really special

Expect the move to be Madrid or Barca

here's an article about him off soccernet from Oct 4th.

Robinho wants to stay at Santos

RIO DE JANEIRO, Oct 4 (Reuters) - Santos forward Robinho, one of the few of Brazil's top talents still playing for a club in his homeland, is in no hurry to make the move to Europe.
'There have been offers but none has been good enough for me and for Santos,' the 20-year-old told the Estado News Agency in an interview published Monday.

'My dream is to play in Europe like anyone else. I want to show my playing ability to the Europeans and be successful there like I am here but I'm not in a hurry to leave Santos.'

'This is my home, I feel happy here, I'm well-paid, Santos pay on time, I play in a good team and I have an excellent coach (Vanderlei Luxemburgo).'

Robinho burst on to the scene when he helped Santos win their first Brazilian championship title as an 18-year-old in 2002.

His cheeky dribbling and his physique quickly led to comparisons with Pele, who spent 17 playing years at the same club.

Robinho's career took a downturn at the start of the year when he was in the Brazilian under-23 team which failed to qualify for the Athens Olympics.

He was photographed dropping his shorts before the Olympic qualifying tournament and was later criticised for being overconfident.

'They ended up saying the joke was the reason for our defeat. But we lost because we were meant to lose,' he said.

'I was wrong to joke around in front of the media. I've learned my lesson.'

Robinho has since rediscovered his best form and scored 19 goals in helping Santos to second place in the Brazilian championship.

'My target is to be at the 2006 World Cup but to do that, I'll have to work hard here at Santos,' he said.

He added that he would not change his often irreverent style, which has angered opponents so much that some have publicly threatened him.

'I've always dribbled and I will continue dribbling,' he said.

Robinho, a former ball boy who was singled out for praise by Pele several years ago in the club's youth divisions, added: 'I didn't imagine it would all happen this quickly. I got into the team at the age of 17 and won the Brazilian championship at 18. I can't complain.'

Thats the one although no longer a teenager
An article I read said he was extremely cocky on the pitch but is trying to tone it down as his rep attracts the ahem more aggresive defenders shall we say

Thanls a lot for that LFC

Yeah, agreed but the most important thing is to score a goal or you can't win a game. According to you though anyone can score a goal... well i refere you to Man City vs Chelsea, a poor defensive side keeps a clean sheet against a side like Chelsea... as i said in my arguements, the hardest thing to do in footy is score a goal.

Shame you don't apply the same logic for Rooney then ay and maybe you wouldnt look like such an idiot. When did i write Josemi of either ya bloody tool? I simply said he won't become a great player which he won't. What your obbsession with Crystal balls aswell ya nugget? You can see weather a player has potential or not, just as you can with ability. Its not guess work, its judgement. Hence the reason some are good, others are poor.

Other teenagers than Wayne Rooney I can think of at the moment are:

Francesc Fabregas
Cristiano Ronaldo
Freddy Adu

I'll think of more teenagers later.

Fabregas... Ronaldo and Adu are better than Rooney?

What planet are you from ya tool? Don't give me this ****** about them playing in different positions either, Kvarme wasn't as good as Gerrard and they play in different positions.

Rooney's a class above Ronaldo who is an extremely talented young player.

You are simply an idiot. You don't know your football and i would strongly advise you stop being such an idiot and arguing with MATCH GOING fans who actually know what they are talking about.
