The only left winger I've ever really liked is Downing :D

I know that's pathetic, but I've only supported Liverpool for 5 years, s it's hard to go more in depth than that.

How old are you ?

Benny, surely you mean Ray Kennedy in midfield and not Alan?

Good call on Julian Dicks, surprised no one's mentioned Morientes yet, what a waste of space that lad was.

Also...Nicol at leftback? I know he is vesatile and can play at diff positions but surely Alan Kennedy should be preferred in that position

Morientes came here with some pedigree but was past his best years, and couldn't cope with EPL, so although he was a failed signing but surely there are a dozen more worst striker in red shirt than Morientes?  :sniffle

Charles Itandje! I knew we'd had a sh*t keeper!

He was a pacey player and I remember the ball trickling towards our goal once. Phil Babb's our only hope, he's at full pelt, racing towards the ball to clear it. He slides in, clears the ball ..and his momentum took him sliding, one leg each side of the post. Oooof! The ultimate posty. I still cringe when I remember it.

Phil Babb was :censored: mate :D

I remember Abel Xavier

I live an hour and a half from Los Angeles, and Xavier played for the Galaxy a couple seasons ago.

I laughed my @ss off any time he touched the ball... I remember going to a game and thinking how sh!te the guy was, and then he won MOTM  :D

To this day, nobody knows why.  I think it was because he was on the front of the program  :p

Haha, I only said he was decent because of the nutcracker. The man put his livelihood on the line for us. Mind, had he seen it coming i'm sure he'd have backed out. I would!

GK: Robbie Fowler (can't think of a bad Liverpool keeper! And Fowler was in goal once, against..Southampton I think?)

CB: Hysen
CB: Pellegrino
RW: Pennant
LW: Diouf
CM: Poulsen
CM: Diao
ST: Morientes
ST: Keane

Morientes was my star striker   :D

It's amazing looking over peoples teams. Especially the :censored: ones. There's names there I purged from memory too. Like Kvarme, Nunez and Itandje. How on earth did these guys ever wear the badge? Sheesh.
