Kenny, damien, john and tom - A brilliant transfer window

as funny as that it (and believe me it is!!  )

I actually don't mind Everton as much as I perhaps should. I feel for them being in the situation they're in (am I allowed to say that? :D )

I'd like to see how we've done net but I guess that can't be done because of all the undisclosed transfer dealings
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

I kinda agree with this. Some of my fondest memories of my younger years are merseyside derbies. Liverpudlians together with friendly rivalry as opposed to the darker side. If the Toffee's ever got relegated, who here wouldn't miss the Merseyside derby?

Everton have become more like that annoying little kid brother ya don't really like but kinda love and would miss 'em if they weren't around. Haha.

And I bet THAT slap in the face stings.

‎2 transfer windows, 9 players bought in and 14 sold at a net spend of approximately £35-40 million. The wage bill reduced by about £20-25 million a year and we now have the most balanced squad in years. Great work by Dalglish and Comolli.

Chelsea have given us £62min 2011, effectively paying for

Suarez, Downing, Adam, Jose Enrique & Coates.

Not a bad bit of business, excusing the carroll deal.

if i wudve been offered those players for our 2 id have dealt every time.

I read today with the exodus of players in this window that we have cut the wage bill by 30m.

That's great business, the club is stable at last and we have some great people in charge
