What a lovely evening am having. Watching everton get beat in my neck o the woods:D
Floyd stepped left and threw the hook that caught Hatton flush under the chin. Finally, the British champ had arrived in that mythical place of which his fans speak: Hatton Wonderland.

The fact that he's even playing mind games on us should show in itself that he is slightly worried about us.

And if/when we do well next season, he can sit there and say I told you so.

The anfield club have not won the premier league title for 21 years and finished 6th in the league last term. But Ferguson thinks Liverpool, under boss kenny Daglish, will be a major hreat next term. Liverpool went off the radar for a bit. They are now back on it. Ferguson said long term you know they are going to be there.  Personaly i think he,s bricking it. Whiskeynose your days are numbered. THE REDS ARE COMING UP THE HILL BOYS

Ferguson's golden years are coming to an end & I'm sure he would love to outdo our Euro cup haul before he ends up crapping in his pants on a daily basis.

Ferguson is not a great manager, he will not be remembered as one. He will always be remembered, when he retires, as the one man who had the FA in his pocket. Any argument against this can be countered with "Fergie Time".

Really?  Maybe not tactically, but some of his transfers have been outstanding.  Especially for most of the prices.  The most recent being Hernandez.

He built a real solid team, and instilled a belief that made them always keep trying (whether this is because he had the refs, is still to be seen).

Like him or not, which I dont, I think he is definitely a good manager.

If success determines how good he is, he is a great manager
If the way he achieves that success determines how good he is, he is not great because he uses cheating as an acceptable and important method.
Thats why so many people, all around the world, hate the fu'ckers.

Rooney has come out and said he's worried about Liverpool too  :nod

I wouldn't bother with what the idiot says to be honest. And people only start talking about you when you're perceived to be a threat. Otherwise why waste your breath? The drunkard is worried.... but so what?

We'll concentrate on ourselves and let others worry... that's traditionally been our way. And with Kenny at the helm, I'm confident we're going to be feared up and down the league again..... and in the not too distant future.

Half of the posts on this thread are pathetic.. Its embarrassing to be honest to sit here and read stuff like "he is not great because he uses cheating as an acceptable and important method" .. Doesnt reflect well on the rest of the Liverpool fans who do have a bit of common sense..

On Ferguson, I dont think theres much to be said on his comments regarding Liverpool... I think anyone who knows anything about football will tell you that sooner or later Liverpool are going to be back challenging for titles.. This year, we probably have/had the best chance of preparing a team strong enough to challenge... We resolved the ownership situation, brought in a top manager with experience of winning the title, ended last season on excellent form, and on top of that had seemingly endless money to spend on acquisitions in the last 6 or so months ...

If anything, his comments are out of respect rather than him (or Rooney for that matter) genuinely believing we can win the title .. You can hate the man all you want but it doesnt change the fact that he's right up there with the best of managers in football history.. TBH, its a bit silly and bitter suggesting otherwise...

He is a Fu*king cheat who encourages cheating from his players. You cant get any more sensible than that.
You can like him all you want. I dont think that reflects well on Liverpool fans but hey, its all about opinions.
Oh and no-one suggested he wasnt up there with the best managers. His trophy tally proves it. Only a tit would deny that
