The Emirates deal was a record at the time and they were chuffed to pieces. Rates have gone up, thats all.

We are a bigger name in world football than them, even if we are not in Europe this season. So does that mean we can expect something in the same region? Would be great if we could get that sort of money.

No because we dont have an Arab owner who is willing to throw billions of money around . Its just a toy project for him .

Ok so by that I guess you are more or less saying there is something dodgey in that deal they stuck with Etihad. TBH No one knows the full details of that deal. If anything it's some loophole in the system they have managed to exploit, will probably come out in good time.

We got a good deal with that kit maker, Warrior so im sure when it comes to selling the stadium rights we will do alright then too.
