I don't know him personally but he's a classy gentleman and a very good manager who can outsmart stronger teams. I just wish FSG were the owners when Rafa was here... He may or may not have won the league but he sure would have won more trophies...Still he's won us the CL and the FA cup and some people may not like it but he will always be part of Liverpool's successful history...

My mates a Villa fan and he wants David Moyes over Rafa!!!  *facepalm*

Tried to explain to him that Rafa has won 2 La Liga's, a Uefa Cup, a Champions League, an FA Cup, a Champions league runner up and twice broke Liverpools points record in the PL.

Don't know why some people have such a low opinon of him.  David Moyes... FFS!

yep seem he listed that he needed a shot load of money to spend on players and asked for control of the youth set up so he could build a ream from the roots up.

looks like they said no or he said no when they said they did not have the funds for that and all talks called off.

Hey Rafas got more balls than 99% of the money taking managers in the PL.  Avram feckin Grant took the money (straight down the massage parlour) etc.. at least Rafa always shoots for the top. If he gets the job I wish him well.
