Other scores/results - 2010/11 - Significant or not

The Premiership - General Discussion

Postby ethanr » Sun Feb 06, 2011 7:06 am

The Arsenal game.... it's dowd of course he was garbage.  Diaby got sent off for fighting.  First pen I thought was soft, but sure I guess it's a pen.  Barton scores it, the keep picks up the ball and Nolan grabs him around the throat in a choke hold and launches him on the ground.  It was twice as bad as the fighting by Diaby.. how he didn't get a red card is beyond me, much less even a talking to by dowd who was standing right there.  Second pen was no contact at all. The player just fell over while jumping.  manure don't even get pens that cheap... I was in utter shock.  Tiote's goal was stunning tho.  Great shot, somewhat like Meireles' against Wolves.  Not as good tho, Pepe would have saved it.

He was all kidding aside the worst player on the pitch until he scored, he couldnt do a thing right. In fact he totally butchered a 6yd pass on the lead up to the goal. A guess thats the thing about top players though, they can play like a bag of rats and then BANG! winning goal, and another granny gets it from behind :Oo:

Seen the same goal in the lower leagues about 5 times this season, but as it's Shrek it gets all the glamour. It was a great goal, but hardly the best goal ever, not even the best season if you ask me.

Yep seen the goal, and whilst it was a very good goal, his celebration was of someone quite arrogant imo.

Fulham - Chelsea. You know what, I think this will be either 1 - 1 or 2 - 0 to Fulham.
