I was correct about Suarez not coming on. The game wasn't really suited to him.

Big shout to Steve Clarke - our defence displays have been first class since he came. 4 wins, 4 clean sheets

Good point well made....

from twitter:

29 - Torres had 29 touches during his 66 minutes on the pitch, fewer than any other outfield player in that time. Lost.

Today was a step up big style in terms of defending, against the likes of Fulham we were still lookin shakey but by f*ck the lads will need to check there back pockets before they wash theirshorts, Drogba and Torres may still be in there!

Iv a good question and I know its completly hypothetical and spurs are on d same points as chelsea too but here it goes.

Seeing as how chelsea have to play utd twice would you prefer if they take 6points off chelsea and go on to win the title but it also means we get d final champs league spot or would ya prefer if chelsea beat them twice an stoped them getting to number 19 ???

I know spurs will be there or thereabouts too fighting for 4th but its a good one isnt it??

I think keeping Judas an the rest of them :censored: out of europe would soften the blow of them getting 19 titles before us, sure we'll deffinitly get 19 next season if King Kenny stays :)

WOW, Raul speaks better english than Carragher!!

Haha!

I was shocked how well Meireles spoke English.  Must have known it before he came over.

How's life at a big club, Fernando? Now go home, count your money and think about what you've thrown away

I'd prefer the draw both games, Arsenal take the title and we slip in the fourth spot  :D

I know it's not realistic, so in all fairness I think I'd rather see manure not win.  tho that may change as my hate for chelski seems to be growing more and more.

Can't fecking belive we won man!!!! Victory hasent felt so sweet in a long time!! Great play, great in attack and even greater in deffence. Surley missed Carragher, he's MOM for me. We were kind of lucky aswell, maybu Chelsea deserved a penalty, but hey, it's football, and we've been unlucky with this kind of stuff all season, time for our rivals to feel it as well.

MOTM - Kenny Dalglish.

What a set up, Chelsea did nothing the whole game only the had more possession. We were more dangerous in our chances and it should have been 2-0 if it wasn't for maxi missing a sitter.

Hats off to Lucas, Carragher, Gerrard, Meireles and the defence today... phenomenal!!!

onwards and upwards....
