At the risk of being shot down in flames and whilst I am pleased that we have a serious strike partner for Torres I want to go on record and say I hope the player learns to represent Liverpool Football Club in a much more mature way than he has conducted himself at Ajax and whilst on International duty.

Although his talent is undoubted he is one fiery player to have around and Kenny will need all his powers of persuasion and influence to keep a check on the less savoury aspects of his game???

I just hope we haven't signed the South American El Hadji Diouff

Absolutely over the moon with this timely addition to the club. The boy has a natural flair that will complement Torres' game. Old whisky nose must be thinking, 'I thought I'd finally got rid of the f*ckers!' and then the King is re-instated and now this. Did you hear whisky nose saying, 'Adams gotta be worth £10 million'?
