Sky sports says we are in the hunt for Barry Ferguson again. His agent says we had an £8m bid turned down for him when he was at rangers.

Now he has had a bad run of it at Blackburn, (injury) but his form just before that bad knee injury was very good. This is only my opinion (so no slagging) but i believe he can have an influence on our midfield that would allow both Xabi and Stevie to excell going forward. He can become as good as Keane and just as influential, you aren't captain of rangers and blackburn if you aint got nowt about you.

What do you lot think?

It would be too much of a risk, before he went to Blackburn I was keen on us signing him, but he hasnt really settled into the Premiership as yet, so I would say no we have signed more than enough flops over the last few years
