it was a massive mistake putting Hodgson in charge .....Kenny has taken our severely trodden on moral, and is slowly making us feel special again ....and for that alone I pray the owners deem him the man to carry on the legacy where he left off all them many years ago

Hogson was the right person to take the sh'it after Benitez was sacked. He was the perfect victim for all the bile and hatred that people needed to unload on an easy target.
The danger would have been if KK had come in and not be able to turn it round straight away. He would have had to take the sh'it and lost his legendary status for his failure.
I am so happy things have turned out this way and hopefully KK will be the manager for a long, long time

Biggest myth in football that Roy is a nice fella, hes a clueless idiot that blamed everyone and everything apart from himself, for his useless dinosaur tactics, I see they pulled the wool over your eyes. The fella shouldnt have been within 100 yards of our club and should be erased out the history of it, he would have taken us down i am 100% sure of it.
And even though 1 swallow doesnt make a summer with the win against Wolves, you would have to be an idiot if you dont think we have played better since him and Mike Kelly have been fucked off.

In fairness I don't think Thommo's perm is backing Roy, just saying that he was the perfect person to take the anger from the fans in the transition from Rafa and tw1t and tw@t to NESV and KK. In that respect I think he is right but I also think that if we had had Kenny from the start of the season and made some more sensible signings then we would be challenging at the moment, certainly for a CL spot.
Anyway lets leave these petty squabbles behind, we now have a good manager and good owners, I'm beginning to feel positive about football again.![]()
