I don't know about Adams

Is he really what we need?

Yes he's pure gravy! A footballers footballer. Not the only one we need. But I'm so glad the king sees a player regardless f Where he plays. Reminds me of the good old days of finding the gems. Now let's get Suarez and nzogbia and Jan spending for me is good. Further changes in summer with ins and outs and the king is well into his mission.

I really think Charlie Adam would work, I can see us pursuing him. The 4m offer was a tester, I'm sure even 10m would be worth it. His vision is what we are missing at the moment.

Would a cheeky bid for masherano be out of the question?

He isn't getting a game at barca, I know his missus won't be happy with it but it might be worth a try?

As much as I think Mascherano would definitely tighten up our midfield, I really don't want to see a unfaithful and unprofessional player back. I'll pass, bring in Suso!

I was only thinking that myself yesterday, I think he would come back too.

Keeping thinking, it ain't happening.

If he let his missus convince him to move why on earth would he ignore her to come back. He is clearly under the thumb.

Pipe dreams lads, pipe dreams.

How can any of you say you would not welcome Masch back into the team... faults yes (but not when he crossed that white line)... but when he went he left us right in the cart.. That player was just as irreplaceable as Alonso.

A loan move would be a very good idea. He would be stupid not to realise he has been stupid. We breathed life back into his career and now he cant get a game again.... he would be mad to not want to come back.

You are clearly naive.

He has barely been there for a season FFS...

He has been signed by arguably the best team in the world. He isn't good enough to walk into a starting position.

It's not we don't want him back, it's that it is HIGHLY unluckily he would even consider returning.

Wake up son.

Not being naive me old mate.. its Masch that did that.

Right now we are a thousand years behind Barca. Masch is not good enough to get into that side, because he is not as good as he thought he was.

The point was made by another member and i agreed. He would make a massive difference for us. He left to further his career, it has not worked for him there.

Clearly we are no where near Barca, no one would ever suggest as much.

Mascerano was quality and the fact that Barca signed him shows his quality and potential.

He's only been there less than a season, no one with half a brain writes a man off this early. Especially as he has hardly been played. And before you say it, his lack of appearances is due to the strength of the Barca team opposed to Mascherano himself.

He will give Barca as long as he gave us before jumping ship. I'm surprised you haven't welcomed Alonso back as another failed transfer.

:D

Not going to argue dude.. wishful thinking I guess.. I have drunk a bottle of wine!!

It does feel to me a little that the whole transfer was brought about as much by Maschs agent than the player himself.. but there we go..

You are absolutely correct..
