Kenny has been in charge for 1 training session and after a loss some of you lost faith in him already.

I don't know where we'll end up but I'll say this. Kenny will do much better than Roy and we won't be relegated.

Exactly. Thommo was defending Roy and said give him more time but now he is questioning Kenny after 2 games. Double standard i would say haha.

I have every faith in KK. Mainly because he is our only hope of avoiding the drop
Having spoken to supporters and read on here that people thought it was a "strange" team selection I was wondering what peoples opinions were, specifically about two players who are seen as dodgy to say the least, being picked ahead of others who are better.
If we cannot discuss team selection, or tactics, or anything to do with the team, then what the fu'ck is the point of the forum?
It is not about losing faith, its about what he is doing and why, and what people think. Otherwise nobody asks anything for fear of being accused of being against KK.
Which I am blatantly not

I don't think Kenny had much choice with Poulsen the other night.  Gerrard was suspended, Shelvey isnt really ready, Spearing isnt fit and Lucas probably needed some rest after running around so much against the Mancs.  (and with the Derby coming up).

Playing Jova was strange though.  Maybe he thought he'd give him a shot since Cole and Babel were out and he hasnt had many chances.

Hopefully Kenny learns that Konchesky, Poulsen and Jovan should never play for us again.  Although he is gonna need Konchesky at times.

I agree
I would rather have someone from the academy at left back than Konchesky.
What concerns me is that you said Kenny has to learn. Surely hes seen enough of the likes of Konchesky to know already he is dogsh'it?

Lvp next 2 games will be hard to get any points and it's not KK's fault. Lvp are in such a pathetic state now, they need KK to overhaul and 5 months till May is not long enough. The next 2 games, i think they will be beaten again because the team now is full of mediocre performing players and to add salt to the wound, Stevie G is suspended.

I have great faith in Kenny and is definitely one of the few qualified candidates to lift us back to glory. Big John needs to give him the time and funds to build another world beating side of 87/88 season with players of the quality of Barnes, Beardsley, Aldridge, McMahon, Molby, Houghton. I pray and hope Kenny will be given the time and money to do that. How I miss the Great Liverpool side of 87/88 and I'm sure Kenny can repeat it again if given the opportunity.

But let's get real, over the next 5 months, let's concentrate on avoiding relegation and JH is visionary enough to allow Kenny to continue.

The last thing I want to see now is, fans demanding Kenny's head like they did with Hodgson. I was guilty of anti Hodgson too but now with the King in charge and we're still losing, Lvp's problem/s cannot be pinpointed to one thing. It's a combination of many things.

So let us all get behind Kenny and start the battle against dropping to Div 1 next year. Pls prove me wrong.

is it really so wrong to doubt that kenny is the man to save us? everybody who supports lfc loves the fella to bits, there can be no doubt about that, but its ok to wonder if he should be our manager isn't it? seeing as we're supposed to be here to discuss football then the pros and cons of appointed kenny dalglish as manger is surely a decent topic of discussion. its easy to talk about the good and the bad, and its clear that there are certain factors which could suggest that kenny might struggle. bein gof the belief that kenny might not be the best choice doesn't mean you are slagging him off or disrespecting him, neither does it mean that you are a roy lover, neither does it mean that the players are blameless.

the common thing is that we all want kenny to succeed. nothing in the world could make us a happier club and a happier fanbase that kenny dalglish leading us to success and glory. it might not happen though, and it might be interesting to discuss why or why not that might be the case.
