Its an absolute feckin disgrace of a statement to make and then in the next breath saying Roy was the man for our relegation battle and Kenny isnt.

I sometimes wonder are these people WUMS I think I should listen to my instincts in future not one single Liverpool fan that I know would think that yet alone say it that Kennys reputation would/could be tarnished not one !!!!

Exactly I mean if go back long enough in blame game . We could always blame Kenny for leaving in the first place for the situation Kenny is in now, absolutely pointless

Move on , have faith that Kenny will steady the ship but dont expect it to happen in a week

I have to agree with this. Many posters posted up a different team believing to be the starting line up and that filled me with confidence, then I saw the proper one and there were stange selections indeed.

Maybe Kenny was giving Poulsen one last throw of the dice, he didn't cope. Same goes for Jova. Johnson at left back was baffling and the midfield looked far too lightweight, but I guess it's going to be that way until Stevie returns

Me too mate. I was very surprised not see Babel in the line-up or on the bench and whilst I like Mereilles I don't think he is suited to ANY other role other than as a centre-mid. He dosn't have the skill-set to play wide-right or in the hole. He's not mobile, quick or clever anough to play in those positions but he does have the tools (although i've had some doubts about his tackling the last two games) to be a good little midfielder in the EPL though. For all his limitations I would have preferred to have seen Konchesky in his natural position yesterday with Jonno at Right-mid and Mereilles on the bench as opposed to the line-up we went with.

Babel didn't play because he is suspended for 2 games, and he won't play against the bitters.

He got suspended because of the twitter pictures/comments

was that official ?

I heard rumours but didnt see any official punishment.
If true that punishment is a disgrace, he should have been fined and that's it.
Since when did you get match bans for things like that ?
Its like when managers make statements about refs after games, they just get fines dont they ?
Sabre looks like a big lezzer

dudes its only one game, and we played against Blackpool who are over achieving this season and gave a lot of teams a good game recently. Dalglish will find something to sort it out, lets hope in a couple of games we see some improvements. I still have faith in him to turn things around because yesterday he instilled this confidence in the team to go on to attack from the start, and we did that which resulted into a goal. The only thing that cost us yesterday was our defense and the way we responded when Blackpool scored. I'm sure Dalglish will address that, motivate the players into believing that they can respond better.

I think so, I read it somewhere here then on skysports, I'll try to find the link.

I have to say that I agree with you on this one Ciggy. It is far to early to have a negative opinion on KK yet but I do think his team selection was a bit odd but I imagine he thought that the team would still have enough to beat Blackpool, oh how wrong he was!
Our squad is an absolute shambles, and I'm sorry but that is partly down to Rafa plus lack of funds, and KK needs to play the strongest XI until we start winning some games, we also need to start shipping out the deadweight and rather start playing the youngsters, if players don't show desire then they can F off in my opinion and that includes Carra, Stevie and Nando.
