The court case has nothing to do with the club Cigs. They can only go after Broughton and the former board. Its a laughable notion. It wont even go to court. Guarenteed

They (BBC & SSN) haven't got a fuking clue whats going on folks. This is how business used to be done at Liverpool remember - behind closed doors, sort it all out then address the nation.

thing is it is only between 4 and 6 over in america so i think if anything were to be done it will be later this afternoon this gives them time to have there waffles :D

Whether they sack Roy or not, and jesus I hope they do, they HAVE to say SOMETHING now.

They cannot stay silent.  Either they get rid, or they stick with him, and state that they intend to do so.

This silence is not helping Roy, the club or the fans.
